Executive Director: Megumi Kean
Megumi Kean is a trained photographer, founder of Waveline Collective and First Friday Haleiwa, and longtime manager of her husband Steven Kean’s art business. Her passion for supporting Hawai‘i’s arts community inspired the creation of Waveline, and as Executive Director, she brings leadership and experience to help artists thrive.

Assistant Director: Sarah Caudle
Sarah Caudle is a professional artist whose work has been exhibited internationally. She previously founded a shared studio space and creative agency in Hawai‘i, and as Assistant Director of Waveline Collective, she brings her creative vision and leadership experience to support the growth of Hawai‘i’s arts community.

Director of Development: Michael Ivie
Michael Ivie serves as Director of Development for Waveline Collective, bringing extensive experience in nonprofit management and fundraising. With both academic training and hands-on experience leading nonprofit initiatives, Michael combines strategic insight with a passion for building sustainable programs to empower artists.

Mun-Hee Song serves as Treasurer for Waveline Collective, bringing expertise in financial management. With experience overseeing budgets and financial planning for local businesses, Mun-Hee ensures the organization’s resources are managed responsibly to support its mission of empowering artists.
