A trained photographer, founder of Waveline Collective and First Friday Haleiwa, and longtime manager of her husband Steven Kean’s art business, Megumi brings leadership and experience to help artists thrive. Her passion for supporting Hawaii’s arts community inspired the creation of Waveline.

A professional artist whose work has been exhibited internationally, Sarah previously founded a shared studio space and creative agency in Kaka'ako. Although she no longer lives in Hawai‘i’, she brings her creative vision and leadership experience to support the growth of Hawaii’s arts community.

Michael brings extensive experience in nonprofit management and fundraising. With both academic training and hands-on experience leading nonprofit initiatives, he combines strategic insight with a passion for building sustainable programs that empower artists.

Ana Lucia is an artist based in Hawai‘i with experience working in several creative companies. She brings strong organizational skills and a unique perspective as both a creative professional and a practicing artist, helping to support and grow the local arts community.
