Board Chair: Megumi Kean
A trained photographer, founder of Waveline Collective and First Friday Haleiwa, and longtime manager of her husband Steven Kean’s art business, Megumi brings leadership and experience to help artists thrive. Her passion for supporting Hawaii’s arts community inspired the creation of Waveline.

Vice Chair: Sarah Caudle
A professional artist whose work has been exhibited internationally, Sarah previously founded a shared studio space and creative agency in Kaka'ako. Although she no longer lives in Hawai‘i’, she brings her creative vision and leadership experience to support the growth of Hawaii’s arts community.

Secretary: Ana Lucia Gardeazabal
Ana Lucia is an artist based in Hawai‘i with experience working in several creative companies. She brings strong organizational skills and a unique perspective as both a creative professional and a practicing artist, helping to support and grow the local arts community.

Legal Advisor: Jeanilou G.T. Maschhoff
Jeanilou Grace, “The Aloha Lawyer,” brings over 20 years of experience in business and nonprofit law. Licensed in Hawai‘i and California, she provides guidance grounded in community, clarity, and aloha, helping Waveline support and grow opportunities for local artists.

Nonprofit Advisor: Jessica Stenz
Jessica Stenz brings deep expertise in nonprofit strategy, development, and organizational sustainability to Waveline Collective. With a passion for mission‑driven work and community impact, she provides thoughtful guidance.

Artist Advisor: Steven Kean
Steven is a North Shore–based artist and educator known for his ocean-inspired woodcut relief prints. He brings his creative expertise and passion for arts education to support Waveline Collective’s mission and growing community.
