Art Shows & Markets
What began as First Friday Haleʻiwa, where we transformed an indoor space into an evening gallery celebrating local artists and live music, has now become Art Market at the Camp held three to four times each year at YMCA Camp Erdman in Waialua.
Bringing together local artists, live music, hands on activities for kids, and the beauty of the North Shore, Art Market at the Camp creates a welcoming space where artists can connect with the community, share their work, and celebrate Hawaiʻi's vibrant creative culture.
As Waveline Collective continues to grow, we look forward to expanding our events and creating even more opportunities for artists to exhibit their work.
Educational Workshops
Through our Art in Motion program, Waveline Collective partners with artists, industry professionals, and creative entrepreneurs to host six to twelve virtual workshops each year, providing practical education, business resources, and meaningful conversations that help artists build sustainable and fulfilling creative careers.
As our community continues to grow, we look forward to expanding the program with in person retreats that bring artists together to learn, connect, find inspiration, and gain valuable insights while fostering a strong and supportive creative community.
Art Shows & Exhibitions
Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for artists to share their work both locally and around the world. Through community art markets, exhibitions, and special events across Hawaiʻi, we help artists connect with collectors, build their professional careers, and strengthen Hawaiʻi's creative community. At the same time, we believe art has the power to bridge cultures, creating opportunities for artists to reach new audiences while building sustainable creative careers.
In the summer of 2026, we were honored to bring this vision to life with our first international Japan Art Tour, showcasing the work of 11 Waveline Collective artists across three cities in Japan. As we continue to grow, we look forward to expanding both our local exhibition opportunities and international programs, creating even more ways to celebrate Hawaiʻi's artists and share their unique stories with audiences around the world.
Community Support
Community is at the heart of everything we do. Waveline Collective is proud to partner with nonprofits, cultural organizations, schools, and community programs that share our commitment to supporting artists and strengthening Hawaiʻi's creative community through collaboration and shared purpose.
In the spring of 2025, we partnered with Waialua Surf Club to help raise more than $4,000 so their athletes could compete at Nationals.
In the spring of 2026, we joined with local artists and businesses to raise $7,796.50 through our Storm Relief Fundraiser, providing direct support to artists, creatives, and community members affected by the devastating Kona Low flooding.
We look forward to continuing to build meaningful partnerships that create lasting opportunities, give back to our community, and make a positive impact throughout Hawaiʻi.
