Apply to be an art vendor for Art Market at the Camp

Artists, apply to showcase your work at our indoor art show market in the North Shore at YMCA Camp Erdman. Enjoy a fun, family-friendly atmosphere featuring local artists, live music, and delicious food trucks outside while connecting with a vibrant creative community and supporting Waveline Collective.

About the event:

Location: YMCA Camp Erdman (69-385 Farrington Hwy, Waialua, HI 96791)

Artist Setup: Indoor venue with tables supplied by the host.

Please bring a tablecloth and an optional easel to display your work. You may also hang artwork on the wall behind your booth.

Date: April 4 2026 3-8pm (Canceled due to Kona Low Flood)/ August, December TBD

Day of Schedule: 1:30 -2:30 pm set-up / 3-8 pm event / 9-10 pm breakdown

Participation Fee: $75 for nonmembers | *$60 for members (priority consideration is given to members first)

Application Details

  • You must share a link (website, social media, etc) to photos of the artwork you would like to sell in order to be considered

  • Once selected for our show, you will receive an official invitation from the admin

  • Non-art vendors (food, music, and other services) please complete the application form and text 808-381-1992 to connect with us directly. We welcome collaboration, fresh ideas, and creative partnerships!
